clayton i use the mpc renaissance. i paid 1000 dollars like an immigrant but i think you can buy them brand new for 700ish if you shop around

i recommend FL studio before dropping money on the mpc.

i still use FL studio, i just use the mpc to chop, and play around with shit. but really it wasn't needed im literally doing nothing with it that i couldn't do without it. (although chopping is quicker)

but yea i would recommend any pc. just get a bunch of ram so programs run smooth no matter how hard you tax them. and a bunch of hard drive space for samples

hey thanks guys. and word oats the cool thing about music as opposed to writing is you don't need to know anything to comment on it. just consume it and you like it or not. there are intri***ies like with writing but its a natural thing as opposed to a learn thing to appreciate

like you have to learn how to read. and to be a proper critic of any writing you need to learn much more than just how to read lol. but with music you just need to be able to hear. granted a trained ear and someone who also endeavors musically could critique and nitpick things but you get my point. i woke up late for work and am still asleep so this might not make sense. but <3
