Fact. I quit eating red meats and pork 4 months ago and have never felt better. Like legit feel brand new man. I’ve opened up to a lot of sea food which I never ate prior and enjoy it. Recently tried red snapper and fresh caught sea bass. Best shit ive eaten in a long time.

Next on my list is Tuna/Tuna steaks. Ive been told it’s rather fishy and I can’t stand the fishy taste or smell so we’ll see how that goes lol.
