I never agreed to those terms, as initially, I thought he was just figuratively speaking on some hot shot shit that I couldn't TKO him and in essence, thats something he should of explained more if that were the case. According to what @Sharp explained to me, both parties have to agree to each of the terms in order for any adjustments of the terms are to be accepted.
