um i dont rmbr either...im tryan recall if i was even free LOL...

i think 2 were

1)don't go back to jail
2) quit smoking

well i went back, but briefly, and for something i did in the past...so thats basically on point, cuz i aint do nothing recently, or seen bars..

and ive cut down immensly...ill smoke here n there...but from a pack a day to maybe a pack a week or less...im doin pretty well.
