this is obviously some ipad3 type shit to get their money up for whatever they have next. the next shit might be the serious move if they do it right.
I also see the xbox one becoming the next gen dreamcast, in re: tomods as broke mentioned and other devious shit that warranty raping pirates will practice.

once these bitches flood the pawn shops around january - march there should be some great values to be had.

yeah but my dude the last generation meaning the 360 and ps3 xbox won by a very large margin. causing sony to take losses almost every year and etc like sony was doing baaaaaddddddddd so xbox was ahead and winning and as of now they still are with the 360. momentum is changing tho with the ps4 soon as this is released its a wrap xbox is like you said the next dreamcast(i loved the dream cast tho lol)
