Do you think "confidence" gives someone the equivalent of thousands of hours of experience doing something? V's response has nothing to do with confidence and purely to do with practicality.
Let me put this in Amen terms: Could a "confident" street brawler type with no formal training hang 10 rounds with the regulars in a gold gloves competitive gym?
