they have a 3 strike policy after the 3rd strike they send your info to the companies, you could be sued and jailed, it has happened before. VPN saves me from getting those notices cuz copyright trolls can't touch me.
not to mention you will be black listed after the 3rd time and it will be pretty hard to get internet service turned on from any place.
