At bags, M Theory might be able to explain the multi verse theory in the future but it's a different concept. The math and science actually exist for M Theory and it's supposed tie quantum and relativity together which currently isn't possible right now ( this actually ties in the the movie INTERSTELLAR if you ever seen that we need to understand how a singularity works they can't combine relativity and quantum together just yet but it's in the works.)

At Amen, i have to look up what the term is but it's something close to what you said and it's a real thing that happens. Ties in to the "mind over matter" phrase b.c the mind can do a lot crazy shit and make you believe things that may not be real to others but it's real to the observer. Kinda hard for me to explain I haven't talked about this one too much. Legit questions though.
