In Michael Newton's talks on between-life and pre-life studies, there are several accounts of huge, colossal libraries where all the information was stored. Altho he never called it the Akashic Records, it sounded like it. BTW, the Edgar Cayce information is also said to be all either gotten from the Akashic Records or the clients subconscious.

Same thing I mentioned about the etheral realm. But it's a different dimension. Not a book or w.e.
And it supposed to house ever thought past present and future, basically all infinite universes stored information stored there (if u take in to account multi verse theory)
