Ewin Cameron used astral projection as a desentizing technique for malicious intent during the MK ultra days. He was somehow able to trap the soul in a black box. Patients were said to hate this above all the other techniques they used to trigger the disassociative personality disorder. This was done by force. If you're doing it on your own and are of the positive frequency I'd say this is a great practice, otherwise you're fucking shit up.
