Yea i needed it i was severely underweight for my height haha. So my roomate had me doing that and scarfing down carbs with at least 35 grams of protein along with it. I never ate so much rice, yams, and quinoa in my life. Oatmeal was a stable too. I think i was eating 250 grams of protein and 400 grams of carbs per day on that program. With that JYM post work out and pre workout. I swear by that stuff works well for me.

Only supplement u need is creatine....the rest u can get from FOOD. But word man my carbs are around 400 currently...

Idk I haven't tracked in a while but it's about

Yea i remeber u telling me that i got creatine monohydrate capsules. I take them before and after i lift I drink a crap ton of water. It helped for sure.
