Yea i think 3 days is when your body goes into "Ketosis"... essentially fully eating and cleansing yourself.

Even your shit changes in the process lol. You definitely feel less lethargic and more energetic and what not.

But word, the discipline is crazy man, if i wasn't dead-set on doing it I would have got in a boxing match for a damn cracker at one point......

Day 2 is the fucking hardest, by day 3, for a moment, you almost wonder why you should begin eating again.

i literally thought i was gonna have a crazy ass baby-cow sized steak meal, and could only stomach a spoonful of peanut butter and some milk by day 3..... man, i should really do one of these again too haha.

what if we were just trained to believe we needed food and actual survival hinged more on sunlight than on food. Perhaps its the sunlight that shined upon the food we eat that gives us energy - which is why fruit and vegetables give more immediate energy than proteins, cow/chicken/etc. --i'm going on a tangent, but something to think about lol

people 'starving' live a lot longer than we think - and normally die of DEHYDRATION. and shit, pythagarous taught that people should eat 1/3rd of what they think they should - and those people already ate like 1/50th of what americans eat lol... anyway, another day..

Shit hit close to home. About a year ago, I went through some hungry times. Day 2...fucking day 2 man. I even have a recorded verse about that shit.

It wasn't a choice for me though...I went to the nearest gas station and stole a bunch of chips and shit. I'm about to upload the verse I recorded just to show you how fucking serious day 2 is. It's a very desperate day.
