aight just watched it in full

dope fight. mcgregor deserves more credit. just a little though

because while he was much more effective than i thought he would be, i remind myself that not only did floyd barely take him serious in the lead up, but he was also fighting more aggressive than usual because he didn't respect connor as much as his past opponents

so while mcgregor was more effective than i thought i gotta give alot of the credit of that to floyd having little respect for him. if that makes sense. it ain't like connor was that effective against a floyd who was fighting floyds fight

but word, the stoppage was funky but i dont follow boxing enough to complain. that said mcgregor was completely exhausted, i don't think he was close to wobbled ever in the fight, he was just gassed completely and thoroughly, so the stoppage is fine since he can't really defend himself

i wouldve liked to see floyd put it on him though some more prior to stopping it.

overall was a dope fight.

in any sport where people hit other people in the head i am always going to lean more towards liking sloppy slugfests over technical battles

Boxing regulations; ref will warn a fighter 3 times to put his hands up - after a "power punch" is taken and that fighter does not put his hands up to defend himself the fight must be called. At that point, if the fight is not called - "head trauma" can occur due to the amount of blunt force behind a "power punch" to the head which scientist have stated can be fatal.
