don't most arcade stores sell just the boards?

they actually sold you the board in the cab?? or did you already have a cab? also if you don't mind me asking what did it run you and do you know what style sticks/buttons are in the cab??



edit: I'm sorry but if you dropped 2200 on cab + board you mighta got ripped off. I think the boards usually sell from like 150-250 for CE and a cab shouldn't be costing you over 2K.. especially if it's not like an H2H cab or a candy cab style

tho, I guess you paid for the convenience of it coming all put together for you.

i could see this for a 4-player, but not for a standard cabinet. plus, if original board/components, it will be a money pit (as previously stated). better off building a sweet mame rig.
