I just feel like out of 10 artist Wayne should be one but that's PO. But on a serious tip I just feel like consistency wise, lyrics (although like u said he gets kinda repetitive) but he's got fire one liners and on an entertainment lvl its above normal now a days. Production is good. And he knows how to stay relevant. That's why I put him up there with the goats.
