OSHA is a government agency (who I work for).

Occupational Safety & Health Administration.

OSH is the dregree.

Occupational Safety & Health Degree.

What Muff was referencing, I'm assuming is a Chinese or w/e restaurant. OSHA really doesn't get involved with Restaurants, we leave that for the Department of Health (DOSH) and FDA. Very rare we get involved, unless a fatality claim was called in/claimed.
