yes. Mayweather is the superior technician, and he has taken little meaningful damage in his career. Pacquiao's game has been largely predicated on speed and power, which has only been deteriorating as he ages, and his aggressive, offensive style plays into Mayweather's hands nicely on paper. A few years ago it would be closer to a tossup, but I expect Mayweather to win a wide decision after dropping a few early rounds.
