word @Diode, I've done seminars with Ninja Rua and Mario Sperry back in the day, and I was impressed with how long they rolled with people without getting tired, cuz you know how it is - people give them their best shot and people in the gym have their phones out etc etc. That's dope though, once I'm settled in life I plan on getting back into it. there are a couple guys from s. korea in f12 on sherdog. definitely ask around, they've all seemed like good, legit dudes.
