i'll give you a simpleton like analogy so you can get it..

If you go to a bar to hang out, you like it here.. its got good management and you have no problem with the locals..

But then slowly over time when you and your friends want to drink, there is an uneducated alcoholic shooting his mouth.. and the management only sticks up for him.. we are not allowed to do anything except keep drinking.
