The car is 35k or you are leasing 35k? Remember, the only amount that shows up as debt is the lease amount.. which is usually the agreed to sale price less the residual plus the finance charge (at its most basic).

Haven't gotten that far but have looked at a few trailhawk Cherokees and some Chrysler 300s

And a Tahoe

Trying to keep it American

All were around 35 average

I'd have 10k down with my car which sucks but yeah

So I'm assuming I can work some sort of deal so let's say 23k

Why would you put money into a lease?

Wouldn't bother putting that much down for a lease unless you are going to keep after contract up.

If you have 10 bands to drop on a vehicle, then buy it, don't lease.

Cars really don't put that much of a damper on your credit score depending on your income.

Have to look at your credit to debt ratio, bro.
