@Batty and @VERITAS, I must disagree. A meeting before the meeting can be a helpful strategy session. A meeting after the meeting usually undermines all that was accomplished in the meeting.

In a fair and honest world, I would agree 100.

but generally the meeting before the meeting is to strategize and get stories straight before fucking over the employees at the actual meeting.
