He's a pest, unwanted by everyone. He's been banned by at least two other moderators here. I'm not sure why he wastes his time coming back.
I am not loose with bans. I don't ban many. I don't ban people on account of not liking them. I don't even ban people I don't like for no reason. I don't like Amen, and he provides nothing of value to this website. For instance, he was completely incorrect about Beans' record. But mostly he has committed numerous ban-worthy offenses, and several top administrators here agreed to a ban-on-sight policy with him months ago. I kicked him out of Discussion to keep him at bay, but he started annoying me again.
