Why the fuck is this retarded? It's illegal in Norway as well. A couple of my friends told me horsing under the influence can get fucked up. Steering the horse out of the road can get you into some accidents and also cause injuries to the horse. Or you can do sudden ''commands'' the horse doesn't understand and a sudden stop can throw you off the horse etc. You have less control while riding as well. Makes sense to me. Not to mention, this shit is retarded;
