Stance on cosmetic plastic surgery?

i find it unattractive and definitely believe (as I've said in another thread) that any cosmetic surgery is a tell-tale sign of a deep character flaw.

however I'm not against it. people should be able to do what they want with their own bodies. the only people they're fucking over is themselves in this case. who's to say a chick can't transform her pussy lips into a botox banana phone? if they have the resources and want to waste it on stupid shit, thats their loss (and humanity's to a lesser extent) in the long run.
