I would say they count once.

Also, keep in mind that this league offers a word-count limit, too, at 650 words. Your 48-line verse last week was 462 words.

So if I make an agreement with King on a 60 line limit, is it still constricted by the 650-word limit or can we agree to up that too?

Nope, you can agree to whatever you want. What I was saying is you might not need a 60-line limit because your verse last week averaged less than 10 words a line.

So if I go above the 48 lines but stay below 650 words, I'd still be okay?
