Germany are crazy tho, they easily have the best team in the world imo.

They have everything, speed, strength, youth, experience, talent, and passion...they are nearly as good as the Spanish team that dominated the last decade. Most of Germany's team plays for either Bayern Munich or Borussia Dortmund, so they know each other very well, the biggest problem with international teams is that their players come from all corners of the world where they ply their trade, and only really get a week or so to train together and get to know each other before the tournament starts, German players play with or against each other on a weekly basis...which is invaluable.

Spain still have a great team, but they are getting old.

Brazil are the super power of international football so i wont rule them out, but Argentina and Germany just look too strong. Plus Argentina have the greatest player to wver step on a football field.

I forgot to mention Uraguay, they have THE best player in the world atm, based on form...and also the player who is leading my beloved Liverpool to their first championship in 24 years...Luis Suarez...29 league goals....his talent makes me cry.

Germany are (I so dislike European soccer grammar) really good, but I have a hard time not favoring the South American countries on their home turf.

Javier Mascherano is so good, along with the offensive players for Argentina. I do wonder about the goalkeeping, though.

True, and 80,000 people inside the Maracana is gonna be NUTS....home support can never be looled over, but it is not always enough...the germans know this better than most.

I won't disagree tho, fans have won the world cup for their country before plenty of times, it could happen again.

I still can't look past the Germans tho.

Mascherano is a great player, I was sad when he left Liverpool, the job he does is so under rated yet so important, with all their attacking flair they need someone to keep it tight at the back, and he does better than anyone right now.

Argentina like Brazil have always conceded goals, they play like Liverpool play nowadays, just make sure you can score more than you concede...it is risky, but it is exciting.
