its fresh juice made from leafy green veg like spinach, kale and lettuce. each to their own, but realise food companies dont put everything on the label, they fought for years against putting country of origin on meat, labelling trans fats..etc they have so much to hide its untrue. think about recently how theyve been finding horse meat in loads of products.

on the juice tip - afaik, anything store bought is on the same level as any other pre-made soft drinks, sodas, etc, and not actually that good for you.

if you gonna drink juice that's natural / good for your body you basically have to squeeze it yourself.

they dont redate meat, the bread is delicious, unless you are eating like plain wheat bread by itself lol

but word it isnt healthy or anything. i wouldnt expect you to eat there after your previous posts

they make their bread with that yoga mat material, i guess they have changed the recipe tho since people complained

but word "eat fresh" is ridiculous. the only things fresh are the veggies that they have to slice. tomatos, cucumbers, green peppers and onions

the rest comes in bags

the only thing close to anything being dated bad, is if you got meatballs going theyre sitting in a thing that keeps them hot. your supposed to throw them away after 5 or 6 hours and make new ones, but its not for health reasons, its still hot the whole time, its more for just taste reasons they want new ones out

but word subway is only healthy in comparison to cheeseburger fast food places

compared to actual food it isnt healthy tho.

of course i do, i do my research, everything i have said in here is fact, sorry i havent replied to everything brought up in here, i dont spend a lot of time here, i visit sporadically, but pls bring your own knowledge to the table and feel free to attempt to discredit anything ive said. give us some of this 'industry' inside info, we are so clearly missinformed about.

ive known 3 people who work at 3 diff subways and they all redate meat to keep waste percentage down, not just meat tho, everything.
