So

U wouod.have this community believe.....that you had your wages garnished.....but the irs didnt advise you of how much money your return was.for....prior to this garnishment?

That would be the only explanation as to why u werent aware.of what am average return on ur taxes looks like with ur child....

So.....u are saying that u claimed him on ur taxes tho....if im reading u correctly here.....ur saying u probably git that much back.....but the comptroller took the bulk of it due to debt
