No, you'll never completely be from Mars unless you're born there. You can claim you're from Mars but people will always look upon you as the crazy american that bought an island and named it Mars to manipulate a point someone made on netcees to be wrong rather than you being from that place. You also need to create your own language for the country etc.

However, I do agree on the fact that it would be awesome to say that I'm living on Mars and it's a tropical haven. 1 point to you there.
