I don't think it's over but I do think we need a treaty on voting...

- Ppl doing retaliation votes
- Ppl not voting on shit for fear of retaliation votes
- Ppl not voting out of laziness
- Ppl destroying n00bs motivation by offering only "lol ur wack" type votes without constructive feedback or encouragement

Must all stop.

Good voting is essential to keep this hobby alive
