Word, I wasn't completely agreeing...I understand that is an extreme point of view, but I do think something needs to be done about these parents who clearly do not have the ability to look after their children but keep having them, or people who simply can not afford to bring children into the world ...surely that is just as bad for a kid? It doesn't seem right to me, especially with people out there who would be great parents but can't have kids.

I mean the department of public welfare has really cracked down. .. a lot of children are being taken from unfit homes and placed in foster care until the courts make a final decision... I deal with them a lot
