@Nigma lean is perscribed cough syrup (usually is an opiate mixed with an antihistamine)

ie: hycotuss, codeine n prometh, some ppl even consider oxydose to be lean.

yea, its not the strongest, but its the most perscribed tbh..

if u mix it with sprite, the carbonation will speed delivery along to an extent.

If its purple and muddy then u got the right kind. All the other shit is garbage, yellow, red, etc. Pour a duece(2oz) in a 20 ounce sprite shake it and then sip not guzzle. If u have a high tolerance for drugs then put a 4 in but no more cause u are wasting it son. Smoke a blunt or a joint while sipping and u will be stuck. I don't think any of these other niggas ever tried it if they calling it cough syrup yes politically correct but the codine mixed with promethazine is on another level.
