And @VERITAS u are just trying to get a rise out people. Its not self defense if u call the police and they tell him not to Approach and he still does. Case closed.
he wasnt obliged under law to 'not follow' it was a suggestion not too, so he was legally within his rights to follow him. also there were apparently several burglaries 911 failed to arrive in time/solve prior to this. hes neighborhood watch.
