and the best way to marinade is a big zip loc bag, beer.. w/e spices you like, lemon juice, garlic, worchester sauce, soy sauce and some tequila habanaro bbq sauce. little bit of stone mil granulated mustard.. pretty much whatever u think will go good with it.

its a gated community down here in homestead...that pic you posted reminded me of that place..
