Isn't a vet Vs a rookie pretty much the current seeding method for every tourny.
I'd rather see a BA league where top tiers only face top tiers low tiers only face low tiers and mid tiers only face mid tiers. Low tiers can champ their own league and them an runner up move up a league. Bottom two move down a league. Etc etc. Least the new guys can win an champ shit. Same for mids. Everyone aspire for the top tiers an it would make a great number of battles
