But how do they do transactions with other people in life!? I mean say they go into the corner store for a pack of smokes? They want dem ports. They cost 7 bucks. They pay with a twenty. How do they know they are ports and not senecas? And how do they that the four bills are a ten and four ones? And not just a bunch of ones?

Blind people have accountants handling all financial issues. It's part of some disability type insurance thing. They can not manage their own funds or transactions with others. Everything is done 3rd party.
