Initially I mean, that's interesting that it has increased your sp since. I can't/won't sleep on my back anymore

Well to be truthful initially I wasn't trying to induce anything. It would just happen so often I went out and researched about sleep paralysis. read about OBE and staying calm during that phase is the key to it. Couples nights would past and it would just lead to either me forgetting or being too spooked to even think anything else but wake up. But One night it happened I felt back to sleep paralysis and I relaxed all the way up until I heard those loud ringing noises, a light feeling on my body , and the bed shaking. Needless to say my sleep paralysis experiences following that have been bad. One that stands out to me the most was when my body was literally being dragged under my feet and I flew off my bed. Another time during sleep paralysis I saw little girl faceless with a red dress on looking through my room door. I don't know if it's real or not but at the moment it feels so real and the fear is indescribable.
