..i have to say the blizzard of 95-96 in philly. Shit was like 5 ft deep. There an ice storm that followed a few years later which come to think of it was probably worse. EVERYTHING was coveres in ice. I mean the manyunk hills aint no whore. If you wanted to get aomewhere you had to sit and slide down the hills. Goodluck climbing back up thougj
