i sweat as fast as i can drink water during the workday, to the point where i'll actually stop sweating and know i should chug some water lol. then it pours again. the bodyshop is basically a big old warehouse with a couple garage doors on it and a couple man doors, but not big enough to really get any wind/blow through so it gets stuffy as shit. espescially in this humid shit box of ohio where it gets 90 degrees and like a wet blanket of hot humidity hanging on you i get em in the calves and shit, but word i just try to stay hydrated and go to sleep stupid early. if i don't get 8 hours im fucked
