The definitions of words like DIVERSITY and MINORITY are completely misunderstood in today's society.

Diversity does not mean HIRE MORE BLACK PEOPLE. It means to have fairness in representing different groups of people. Minority means you are in lesser numbers than another group.

Do you think that there are not ANY cities in the U.S. were the white population is in the minority?
