How can people be in serious relationships?

My brother came back from work while his gf was at home looking after their baby all day.
My brother said he wants to get a few cans of beer. She says she wanted to go to the big supermarket like 3 hours away. He said okay, but she has to drive cause he'll be drinking.
She replies that she doesnt want to drive.
He says fine then they wont go.
She says he was supposed to take him and the kid to the park.
He says cool, we'll go now.
She says "No, just go and get your cans".


Now she also has vodka. I just went into the living room looking for my phone. My bros been upstairs for like an hour playing Gran Turismo. She's alone in the living room, not drinking yet, with tears in her eyes.



HOW DO PEOPLE LIVE LIKE THIS?!?!?!?!!?!? I'm sitting here thinking "Shit I need to post for my haiku competition, go kick the punchbag for an hour, get a sunstone so I can make my Eevee evolve into a Flareon and then get drunk".
