quickly googled it, can't find a single example of Tosh stealing a joke. But I did read a reddit bitch session about people complaining that his comedy is derivative because he just makes fun of viral videos that people submit, which is a corny complaint imo.

he did a show at my college while I was a student, and he killed it. after his set was done, he just went in the audience and talked to people and fucked with them for 10-15 minutes and that, too, was super hilarious.
