I thought of this with the OM in mind. We should have a thing going, inspired by the BET cyphers, where we have a list of peoples names who have opted in, and there is a selection made picking 2 or 3 of the names out, placing them in an order, and having the first person write about whatever, send it to the second person who does the same and sends it to the third who turns it in to be submitted.

This way the OM would be a bit more bumpin, interesting combinations of writer would be inevitable, and I can't think of a third point but I don't want to fix the grammar. That's about it
