(J) This pic was taken in my hometown of Peoria, Illinois around 8 am this morning 4/23/2013. Why is there any need to be a firing squad of armed military marching down a sidewalk in a residential neighborhood magazines in their rifles or not?! Supposedly this is Bradley Universities ROTC on a training exercise. Training for what? Urban warfare?
