Marlon Wayans' Barber Fades vs ROFLCOPTER
This was a huge blowout. Rofl definitely gave it his all with a concept verse but the unanimous decision was that it was pretty ineffective. Marlon brought a powerful verse that voters agreed was much more polished and hard hitting. Not that much to say, this was just a beatdown.

GP the Cowboy vs Public Enema
This was a pretty close battle in terms of content but Public Enema had the advantage of his opponent not matching his lines. The consensus was that this could’ve gone either way had GP shown fully but as it stands public had a pretty clear cut victory.

Save vs pr0blem
Meh battle. Both of these guys came pretty okish but nothing huge from either one. Save had a funny ‘no problem’ flip while problem’s ‘save face’ line was prolly bar of the battle. Most voters thought pr0blem had a stronger verse and save was kinda corny, so problem advanced by KO

Textual Chocolate vs Crimson
Alright battle. Textual Chocolate had one of my favorite aliases but didn’t have the best wording and some forced bars. Crimson was better, but not by too much, where consistency became a big factor for him. Cool read but Crimson’s consistency really gave him an edge and he swept the votes.

MCFly vs Chief Wiggins
Closest battle of the round. Both guys had solid drops that made it a tough decision to vote on. Chief actually had a dope flip out of ‘zip him up’ but didn’t have that heat throughout his verse. McFly was hard hitting and more consistent, meaning most voters thought he won in a split decision and an enjoyable battle.

Another good battle and I swear this matchup was a coincidence. Icy had some good lines and concepts paired a few corny ones that gave him an ineffective verse. Snowpiercer had a much stronger verse overall and voters felt he took it easily.

Totally Not Windu Tuako vs Chester Clusterfuck
Good battle overall, but Totally not Windu easily had the stronger verse. Chester bordered on played and corny at times while Totally was consistent and fresh throughout. Totally had a bunch of hot bars while Chester lacked the consistency and heat to compete with him but had a good verse nontheless. The voters all went for Totally’s verse though and he won handily.
