Idea for future mags:

I'd be really interested to read about (good) writers' processes in puting their verse together. Maybe the author of a well received peice could talk about how they came up with their finished product?

We've done some process-style things in past magazines.

In Season 2, I wrote "Certain's Corner" single-topic analysis pieces:

• On approaching topics
• On cadence and rhyme schemes
• On short verses
• On how to start a verse
• On dialogue in rhyme
• On character development

Then in Season 3, when I was writing the bulk of the magazine each week and didn't need a "corner" any more, we had a few "Writer's Block" segments in which veteran writers discussed a variety of topics:

• Vulgar and oats, on self-editing
• Certain and oats, on stories vs. topicals
• Certain, on story-lead topics
• PancakeBrah and zygote, on the writing process
• oats and King Ra., on the league in general
• oats and Vulgar, on the playoffs

But I like your idea for a behind-the-scenes, how-the-sausage-gets-made perspective, too.
