9 out of 45 customers sent their food back to reheat. Obviously if they didn’t pause to do whatever on their phone the food wouldn’t have gotten cold.

^ That's just rude and retarded. You send your food back if there's something wrong with it when you get it... I don't know who these 9 people that did this are, but I hope they die within the next 3 months.
