U.S on nuclear alert from missile or low weaponized flying aircraft

[uh-oh]

if its a false flag, that means the us is attacking itself. so why would our own troops be on high alert FOR a false flag attack? that sounds ridiculous. i could see them being on high alert for a regular attack by another nation, but why would the government tip off the military that they are gonna attack themselves?
