He touches everyone he walks by in the hall. like gradually on the hair or shoulders, just to get your attention. Then he just stares and laughs at you

I tried to stop him from touching this.chicks hair in the lunchline

"hey buddy, you can't just be touching peoples hair. What if I touched your hair?"

(lightly pat him on the head)

"..... AAAAAAAA"

He plugs his ears with his fingers, pulls out some big ass whistle and blows with everything stored in his lungs. Scared the fuck out of me.

Then he goes about his day.

Like an asshole
