Fact of the matter is, America isn't the strongest. I'd say in a war, if there ever was one, China would whoop our ass. This isn't debatable, tbh. As far as Russia, I think it would be a nail biter. But if we were to head on their land, it might be another Vietnam situation. We'd probably lose. Russia's army is powerful. Don't let your patriotism blind you.
